Report An Incident
We provide comprehensive support and assistance to Jewish students, families, and community members in addressing a range of antisemitic incidents in K-12 schools and local community settings.
If you, or someone you know, has experienced or witnessed antisemitic discrimination, harassment, bias, or exclusion in a K-12 school, please fill out this form. If you prefer, or if you have experienced antisemitism in a public or municipal space, please email us at report@baccanetwork.org.
If you, or someone you know, has experienced or witnessed antisemitic discrimination, harassment, bias, or exclusion, please fill out this form, or if you prefer, you may send us an email at report@baccanetwork.org.
Submitting a report enables us to share guidance and non-legal advice about possible response options and ways we may be able to support you. Submitting a report does not require you to pursue any formal action —or any action at all; it can provide you with useful information and support to make an informed decision about how you’d like to proceed.
Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the organization without your express permission. We request your information so that we can contact you, better understand the situation, and offer you guidance to consider. We also share anonymized aggregate data with ADL, so that they may include it in their comprehensive statistics if they wish.
By reporting here or via email, you are taking a meaningful step toward making our schools and communities safer and more inclusive spaces for Jewish students, families and community members.
